Getting Started Is Easy

Become a VIP in one simple step.
When you shop your favorite styles, products tagged as VIP allow you to opt into our VIP Membership at checkout. We're confident you'll love the benefits, so we give you a special introductory offer on your first VIP order to prove it.

Automatic Membership Enrollment

When you purchase any product labeled VIP, you automatically enroll in the VIP Membership. By completing a VIP-tagged purchase, you agree to:

• Automatic activation of your VIP Membership
• A recurring monthly membership charge
• Ongoing access to VIP-only discounts and pricing

VIP Member Benefits

• Exclusive access to VIP-only prices
• Extra 30% off on top of existing sales available to regular customers

VIP pricing/discount is only available to customers with an active membership on checkout at the time of purchase.

7-Day Trial

• Every new VIP membership begins with a 7-day trial
• You may cancel anytime during the trial at no charge
• If not canceled within 7 days, your membership becomes active and billed

Minimum Membership Requirement

• After the 7-day trial, your membership becomes fully active
• You must remain an active VIP member for a minimum of 1 paid month to qualify for VIP pricing
• Your membership must be active at the time of any VIP-priced purchase

Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your membership anytime after the trial period
• Membership fees already paid are non-refundable
• Canceling stops future charges but does not refund previous payments
• Cancel Anytime: You're never locked in. Cancel anytime online or by emailing our Customer Service Representative at cancellation@trysoka.com

Non-Member Purchases

If you do not wish to join the VIP Membership, you may still shop freely.
Non-members may purchase any products at standard retail prices.

Order Verification

We reserve the right to verify membership status before fulfilling any order placed with VIP pricing. Orders placed without valid eligibility may be canceled or adjusted.
