This page explains how and when your Soka™ order is processed and shipped.

Important: Processing time refers to how quickly your order leaves our facility. Delivery time begins once your order has shipped.

Order Processing Time

We offer two processing options at checkout:

  • Priority Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (business days).
  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Processing times do not include transit time and apply on business days only (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and carrier conditions.

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed. Any active free shipping promotions will be applied automatically.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, contact us at contact@trysoka.com. We’ll investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
