Once you place an order with us, our team jumps into action — processing, packing, labeling, and handing it off to the shipping carrier as quickly as possible.
This process typically takes 12–48 business days, depending on the number of orders received that day.

If you’ve added Priority Processing to your order, it’s moved to the top of the queue and prioritized to ship within 24 hours.

For all orders under $100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us — we’re happy to review and may offer a partial refund in certain cases.

We do not accept refund requests for orders still within the quoted delivery + processing timeframe.
