Fit & Comfort Guide
Sizing
Pick your usual US size. Sizes come in combined pairs: 5.5–6.5 (EU 36–37), 7–8 (EU 38–39), 8.5–9.5 (EU 40–41). Measure heel to longest toe and match the size chart. Between sizes or at the top of a range? Size up for extra toe room.
Toe Spacer Fit
The spacers should feel present, never tight. If a toe pinches or tingles, take them off and try again later. Wider feet: size up for more room around the spacers.
Break-In
New to toe spacers? Start with 15–30 minutes at home and add a little time each day. Mild awareness in week one is normal. Pain is not, so ease off if anything hurts.
Where to Wear Them
Barefoot at home, in the shower, poolside and on short trips. Not made for long walks or sports. Thin toe socks can work; regular socks won't.
Foot Conditions
Designed for everyday comfort, not to treat or correct any condition. If you have diabetes, reduced feeling in your feet or a foot condition, check with your doctor first.
